Privacy policy
This policy explains how Extreme Overkill Ltd collects, uses and protects any personal data you share with us. We keep things simple and only collect what we actually need.

Extreme Overkill Ltd is a UK-registered company providing digital services and business project management. Registered office: Suite A82, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Company No. 17266165. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, including data handled under our trading name Zenlabra and our publishing imprint WillsWay Collective.

02What data we collect
- Contact information: your name and email address when you get in touch
- Client account information: name, email address and billing details for clients using our services
- Communications: emails, chat messages and other messages exchanged with us
- Technical data: website analytics such as pages viewed, device type and referral source
We do not collect special category (sensitive) personal data.
03Cookies, analytics and chat
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they use, which sets analytics cookies. It also uses Tawk.to for live chat, which sets cookies so a conversation can continue between pages. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
04How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services you've asked for
- To manage client accounts, including invoicing via our FreeAgent platform
- To send service-related messages such as onboarding documents and account updates
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We don't use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
05Legal basis
- Contract: processing needed to provide services you have engaged us for
- Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries, running the business, and understanding website use
- Legal obligation: keeping records for tax and regulatory purposes
06Storage and security
Your data is stored with reputable providers and handled in line with UK GDPR. Access to client data is limited to what's needed to deliver our services.
07How long we keep it
Client data is kept while the relationship is active and for up to 6 years after it ends, in line with UK tax and legal record-keeping rules. Enquiry data from non-clients is kept for no longer than 12 months.

- FreeAgent: accounting and invoicing
- Google Analytics: website statistics
- Tawk.to: website live chat
These providers have their own privacy policies, and we check that they meet appropriate data protection standards. We don't share your data with anyone else without your consent unless the law requires it.
09Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted, where we're not legally required to keep it
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format

10Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a new date.
